Since founding Automatic, the company has raised over $30 million dollars and owns some of the most popular software on the Web.

What will bring about and sustain the entrepreneurial revolution are individual passion and drive, and government support and facilitation of entrepreneurship. Individuals must envision and then pursue their entrepreneurial future.
Governments must shape a conducive business environment in terms of infrastructure, the legal framework, financial assistance, and vocational and technical education. This is vital because a large young adult population unable to find employment can lead to political unrest. This has proven to be the case recently in, for example, Egypt, Nigeria, etc.
The following can be done to empower teenagers in the area of entrepreneurship in different areas and levels.
Establishment of teen development centers that will provide:
- Training: including entrepreneurial studies in school curriculum.
- Free vocational and technical education in teen development centers.
- Providing the required financial assistance and support for teenagers
- Teenage entrepreneur awards and recognition to teenagers who are successful entrepreneurs to encourage others.
- Mentorship/ Guidance programs to monitor their progress
- Free workshops/ seminars offering teens forum through which they can share their ideas and goals and dreams.
BUSINESS IDEAS FOR TEENAGERS
- Art and Crafts: for those who are creative with their hands. You can draw, paint, weave, etc.
- Making and designing accessories/ jewelries: Making beads and other accessories that can be worn or used to
- Making candles: this is a simple procedure that can be done by any teenager and it has a viable market.
- Blogging: For the teenager who is internet aware. Blogging about any subject that one is passionate about is a good source of income.
- Web designs: There are many do it yourself sites on the internet today. A teenager can learn this art and make money from it.
- Tie and dye material production.

Teenagers must realize that they are their own liberators. They are entitled to assistance from others in terms of inspiration, models, and funds, but must find their own way, and take control of their own destiny.
As individuals, teenagers must forget their fears of the risks associated with entrepreneurship. They must recognize that the biggest risk they take is to be afraid to take a risk on themselves, their future, and their talents. Teenagers must also go beyond any mindset of dependency. They must be self-motivated and self-actualized. They must get beyond a consumer mentality and develop the mindset of an entrepreneur, of a creator of goods and services.
These will help prepare them for the future. With the rate of job insecurity as well as unemployment in the country regularly on the increase, tomorrow’s leaders need to be maximally empowered to face the future. This can only be effectively done via Entrepreneurship awareness.
